Returns

For ceramics

If you are not happy with your product, please email us at support@cosmiq.eu and tell us about the return. You will have 14 days from the moment you have received the package to email us about the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. So please make sure you properly package the product and we recommend that you have a tracking number for the shipping.

You will be reimbursed using the method of payment originally used (check Refunds below).

 

For rugs

You will not be able to return your product. These rugs are made to order, based on the customer’s dimensions.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the state of the product.

We do not refund the cost of shipping for returning of the product. 

Within European Union: We will cover the initial shipping cost.

Outside European Union: We will not cover the initial shipping cost.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days from the cancellation email.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@cosmiq.eu.

 

Cancellations

If the product is on stock (for some of the ceramics), then you can cancel your order at any point before it has been shipped. If the product is not on stock, you may cancel your order, at any time before the work has been started on it.

To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cosmiq.eu, quoting your name and the order reference number.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cosmiq.eu.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returning the product are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
